Since Rejuvenation started as a small architectural salvage shop in the 1970s, sustainability has remained a significant part of who we are today. Whether it's giving vintage items a second life or designing new LED lighting, we're focused on offering a sustainable, eco-friendly selection of home updates that will stand the test of time.
Here in Portland, Oregon at our local factory, we ensure both our products and our processes will minimize waste and provide a safe working environment for our employees. When we can't create it at our own factory, we collaborate with local artisans who make products in their local studios, offering you more options for truly handcrafted designs.
Throughout our selection, you'll find a mix of thoughtfully crafted lighting and hardware from our factory, handcrafted furniture made in the USA with FSC-Certified wood, and curated decor from Fair Trade-certified companies and sustainable sources. Give any space in your home an energy-saving refresh with LED lighting. After installation, you'll have a timeless update that will shine bright for years to come. LED technology saves you money and conserves energy, while offering ambient light for your space. You can pair LED light bulbs with many of our fixtures, or shop our fixtures with seamless LED integration so you'll never have to change another bulb again.
LED light bulbs use at least 75% less energy, and last 25 times longer, than incandescent lighting. Our LED fixtures and bulbs typically have a lifespan of about 20,000 hours. LED lights are designed to emit light in a specific direction, which maximizes the light ouput of your bulb and ensures it reaches your space effectively. LED lights work great for all types of lighting, from task lamps to outdoor fixtures.
Restored Antiques & Vintage
We've always believed the most sustainable option is often the one already created. Our selection of revitalized antique lighting, hardware, furniture, and decor centers around giving these pieces a second life of beauty and use. Our team sources the best vintage finds from around the world, then our expert craftspeople restore them at our factory. From rewired antique lighting to refinished cabinets, we treat every vintage piece with care to ensure it continues to stand the test of time.
Upholstered Sofas & Chairs
All of our upholstered furniture is made in the USA by trusted manufacturers. When it comes to furniture, sustainable details matter, from the wood frame and cushioning to metal springs and clips. Many of our options (like the Hastings, Hawthorne, and Garrison sofas and Clinton chairs) are made at Precedent, a family-owned company in North Carolina where artisans incorporate sustainability into every process.
The kiln-dried hardwood frames are made from Forest Stewardship Council (FSC)-certified wood. Each sofa is flame-retardant-free, and features durable recycled spring cushions. All padding used in the seat deck, outside arms and outside backs is made from 100% recycled polyester. Polyester fiber used on the inside arms and inside backs is made from 80% recycled material. Metal parts are produced from a minimum of 95% recycled steel and painted with lead-free paints, and the glue used in securing frame parts is water-based and uses no formaldehyde.
Our sleeper sofas and chairs are expertly crafted in Dallas, Texas by American Leather, a company focused on combining innovative technology with expert craftsmanship for high-quality furniture. Each frame is constructed from wood harvested from sustainable forests and is precision-engineered to create as little scrap as possible. All leathers use water-based pigments and cushions have soy-based BiOH® Polyols Renew™ foam that is fully recyclable.
Choose from a variety of beautifully crafted, sustainbly sourced wood furniture for your home. Many of our pieces, like the Walter and Cascade collections, Saddle stools, and more, are handcrafted in West Virginia using sustainably harvested Appalachian maple or solid cherry wood.
We also partnered with Tretiak Works for a collection of timeless furniture and accents. With a background in woodworking and design, Nick Tretiak makes modern American furniture from his small shop in Portland, Oregon. He uses early American furniture for structural foundation and design inspiration, and sources domestic hardwoods that will work and last for generations.
Our Overlook outdoor furniture and Ronde teak outdoor collection is crafted with Forest Stewardship Council-certified teak, offering the best in durability and style with eco-conscious production. The Forest Stewardship Council certification ensures that products come from responsibly managed forests that provide environmental, social and economic benefits.

Fair Trade Textiles
For our some of our colorful napkins, we partnered with MINNA, a New York-based textile company. MINNA uses traditional craft techniques to produce ethically made goods with a contemporary edge. Employing a cottage industry approach, MINNA collaborates with master weavers and artisan collectives in Mexico, Guatemala, and Uruguay, which helps ensure craft preservation and job creation. We also strive to partner with Fair Trade-certified facilities to source all of our linens and accents, from our Ticking Stripe Napkins to Handwoven Tea Towels.
Recycled Glass Accents & Recycled Cotton Throws
Update your home with our selection of decor made with recycled materials. Choose from our selection of recycled glasses, including a wine glass, juice glass, water glass—plus a candlestick to complete your tabletop setup. Each one is made with 100% recycled glass gathered by local communities in Swaziland, a small country in southern Africa. In an effort to raise environmental awareness and sponsorship for the school soccer team, local students are encouraged to participate in roadside clean-up campaigns to gather bottles for recycling.
Handwoven in Portland, our Recycled Cotton throw blankets are made with 100% recycled cotton. Enjoy the soft, luxurious woven texture that's perfect for adding layers of warmth to your bed or as an accent on a sofa or chair. Plus, choose from a range of pillows featuring handcrafted construction and organic Belgian linen to complete your space.
PET Indoor/Outdoor Rugs
Our indoor/outdoor rugs are crafted with PET, which is polyester made from recycled plastic water bottles. These rugs are GRS-certified (Global Recycle Standard). PET offers a green alternative for textiles by using less energy for production and reducing global waste.
The amount of energy required to make PET is less than what is needed to make virgin polyester. This non-allergenic material is easy to clean and has a soft, luxurious feel equal to any natural fiber. PET is also highly resistant to stains and moisture, making it an ideal option for indoor and outdoor rugs.
Organic Bath Linens
Certified organic by Global Organic Textiles Standard, our 780-Gram Aerocotton Towels, 600-Gram Hydrocotton Waffle Weave Bath Towels, and more are made with 100% organic Turkish cotton. They are crafted using an innovative spinning process that allows air to pass through the fibers; this resulting yarn, called Aerocotton, has a larger surface area, which translates into superior absorbency, and a super-soft, plush feel.
Fair Trade Baskets
Artisans in the Bolgatanga region of Ghana weave our beautiful market baskets from natural strands of thick, tough elephant grass, adding a soft leather handle for contrast and comfort. Ideal for storing blankets, shoes, toys, and more, these Fair Trade-certified baskets make a simple, neutral accent to suit any space.
