Bold and brilliant, our new Ormandy Lighting Collection makes a statement.

Masterfully crafted with a hand-blown glass shade nestled into an oversized brass shade, our latest lighting collection, Ormandy stands out for its distinctive design and heirloom-quality craftsmanship.

Hand-assembled and hand-finished in our Portland, Oregon factory, the Ormandy Collection is inspired by Mid-Century Danish styles and was designed by our in-house lighting design team. The sophisticated design references iconic period lighting—double shade styles where light glows from within a glass shade and is softly diffused by an additional outer shade. "We were looking at larger-scale shades with low profiles," explains Rejuvenation's Senior Lighting designer, Brandon Jorgensen.  "It's difficult to diffuse light properly with such a low profile shade and the bulb is more exposed, so we integrated a glass shade into the design."

And while this lovely light stands out for many reasons—it's all the delicate details that make it so special. From the broad brass shade to its delicately rolled edge, every element of the design is crafted with care. Even the brass fitter screws—which secure the brass shade from the outside and the glass from the inside—are custom designed. "It's just a small functional piece, but it's very unique and visually I think it's one of the more interesting details on Ormandy."

Here, the brushed pattern for our burnished antique finish is carefully applied by hand on the underside of our Ormandy shades.

Stunning on its own, the Ormandy stands out as an oversized pendant or semi-flush mount—and is equally as impressive when installed over a kitchen island in multiples. The Ormandy is available in nine finish options to coordinate with your hardware finishes, and comes in three sizes: 12”, 18”, and 24” (the diameter of the brass shade). As a pendant, the Ormandy can be further configured to meet the needs of your space by customizing the length of the supporting rods. The Ormandy is also available in a smaller scale as a wall sconce—perfect to highlight any area of your home.
