At Rejuvenation, it’s hard to choose just one favorite light, much less a whole collection. But if we could narrow it down, our gorgeous new Allenglade Lighting Collection would be at the top of the list. The perfect balance between past and present with details inspired by iconic Mid-Century designs, Allenglade is playful and geometric, with elegant, oversized globe shades that without a doubt are a big part of what makes Allenglade so special—and easily eye-catching in any space.
Designed and engineered in-house by our design team, Allenglade is inspired by Mid-Century Modern lighting styles. A popular and enduring period of design, Mid-Century Modern is defined by the Post-World War II era—from 1945 through the 1960s—and it marked a turning point in architecture, graphic design, and products. Advancements in technology and major societal shifts fueled a design movement that embraced a futuristic and minimalist spin on everyday items. Today, everyone from homeowners to diehard design fans, is equally influenced by the concept of simplicity and the desire for streamlined, beautifully made pieces that add value to our spaces and lives.

With its always on-trend silhouette, Allenglade is available as a chandelier, pendant, semi-flush mount, and sconce—the variety of fixture styles makes it easy to add multiples to create layers of light. Allenglade’s streamlined look recalls globe lighting from the 1960s, a look that is possible because of the way the shade and solid brass connect.
Each Allenglade light is made to order at our Portland, Oregon factory.
For the Allenglade Chandelier, which has 4-light, 7-light, and 11-light options, the down rod features a hubless design with no visible fasteners. Instead, each shade is supported by internal threading on the interior of the joints, which also makes swapping out light bulbs easier. This construction creates a unique, seamless connection between the shade and brass, resulting in a showstopping piece perfect for dining rooms or grand entryways.

Allenglade Wall Sconces features a similar concealed construction to the chandelier, pendant, and semi-flush mount, but with the globe shades as the true visual centerpiece. The wall sconce—available as single, double, and triple designs—is also UL rated damp, which means it can be used as bathroom vanity lighting.
As part of our mood board for our Northwest Modern aesthetic, we love the way Allenglade in Oil-Rubbed Bronze brings a more sophisticated, contemporary aesthetic to kitchens. Alternatively, Aged Brass gives Allenglade a more elegant appeal. For open-plan spaces, where the kitchen is in the same line of sight as the dining room, we recommend mixing up your look with complementary finishes. Whichever finish you may choose for your home, know that you can always match Allenglade with our selection of quality hardware.
